Mama Rosati's Italian Spaghetti

Ingredients
1/2 onion4 cloves garlic 1 pound lean gr beef 1 small can tomato paste1 large can tomato puree 3 T parmesan cheese oreganoparsley
Directions
Cook beef with onion and garlic until very brown, kind of sticks to the pan. Drain well.
Add tomato paste and puree with equal parts of water. Add spices.
Cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or until sauce cooks to desired thickness.
Add cheese last half hour.
Recipe can be doubled and frozen.
