Aunt Ineta's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1lb- 93% Lean Ground Beef 1/2 cp- chopped green bell pepper1/2 cp -chopped onion3 Cloves- chopped Garlic 1 cp- crushed saltine crackers 2- Medium eggs1 -6oz can tomatoe paste 1 -6oz can tomatoe paste 1/4 cp- yellow mustard 4 tbsp- ketchup1 tsp- salt 1 tbsp- pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 375.

Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic in bowl. Add saltine crackers, eggs salt and pepper. Mix well. In another bowl mix tomatoe paste, sauce. mustard and ketchup add most to meat mixture. Retain enough to cover top of meatloaf. After mixed well form in a loaf and place in middle of baking dish, cover with remainder of tomatoe sauce.
Bake for 1 hr. Let set for 10 min before serving.
