Ingredients
* 4 item(s) egg * 1 1/2 tsp table salt * 2 tsp ground cinnamon * 2/3 cup(s) water * 15 oz canned pumpkin * 3 cup(s) Baking Splenda * 1 cup(s) Unsweetened Apple Sauce * 3 1/3 cup(s) Whole wheat pastry flour
Directions
Cream together sugar, oil and egg
Add in remaining ingredients
Beat at medium speed until smooth
Bake in 3-4 medium size loaf pans (greased and 1/2 full) at 350 for 1 hour
or
Bake in 12 mini-loaf pans at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
