beer cheese soup

Ingredients
1 cup sliced carrots1 cup cauliflower1 cup chopped onion3 tbsp butter5 cups chicken broth1 (12 oz) can of beer16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp mustard powder
Directions
saute veggies in butter until onions are translucent. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add beer and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste
