1 banana1 apple, peeled and diced1/2 cup pumpkin puree3/4 cup milk1/2 cup Fiber one cereal
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender or food processor

Add Cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to taste
Blend and Enjoy!
