Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
half a stick of butter1/4 cup of oil1.5 cups of flour1.5 cups of sugar1.5 eggs.25 cup of pecans chopped1 cup of pumpkinadd cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste along with 1 tsp vanilla.also 1 tsp of baking power and soda.
Directions
combine dry ingredients.

beat sugar, eggs, and butter/oil . . . add vanilla. then ad pumpkin, mix well.

Slowly ad dry ingredients.

bake at 350 for an hour.
