Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast

I pkg. of regular Quaker instant oatmeal50 grams of egg white product, or white of 1 large egg1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberriesWhite sugar substitute =1 T. of Splenda
Cook the egg white in a small bowl in the MCW until well-done. Chop it into small pieces.
Pour boiling water over the oatmeal in a large bowl, and stir well to cook.
Add the chopped egg white and sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle Splenda on top.
Enjoy with a glass of non-fat milk.
