Mediterrranean Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil1 Small Onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, finely diced or *dried minced can be used4 c. Vegetable or Chicken Broth1 Tbsp chopped fresh Sage, 0r 1/2 tsp of dried.2 c. Caulifower, fresh or frozen-chopped1/2 bag or 4 c. of Birds Eye Mediterannean Blend VegetablesSalt & Pepper or Mrs. Dash to taste
Directions
Pour oil in large pot. Add onion, garlic & cauliflower. Cook stiring frequently over Med. heat till onion is tender.
Stir in Broth,herbs & Mediterranean Blend. Bring to a Boil over High heat. Cover & reduce heat to Simmer for 12-15 min., till vegetables are tender. Add Seasoning of choice & serve.
