Goulash Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 pound ground beef4 ounces bulk pork sausage3 cloves garlic, minced2 cups beef stock1 tablespoon Knorr Goulash Beef Stew recipe mix
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large saucepot over medium high heat and brown beef and sausage. Drain meat and return to pot. Add garlic and saute until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in beef stock and Knorr Goulash recipe mix, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer covered for 50 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
