Farmers Salad

Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1.5 cup
Directions
Layer ingredients in large bowl as listed. Do not add mayo until ready to serve. I use a little stevia on top, but you can use 2 tbl of sugar. It's best if you make ahead of time and have in the fridge at least 4 hours before serving.
