Ingredients
1 box rigatoni, cooked and drained1 jar spaghetti sauce1 pint sour cream (reduced fat)1 package (2 cups) part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer the ingredients as follows: 1/2 pasta, 1/2 spaghetti sauce, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy! Serves 8-12. Nutrition info calculated for 12 servings.
