Crab-Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
1/3 c butter softened3/4 c sygar2 eggs1 1/2 c flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1/3 c milktopping 13/4 c finely chopped apples3/4 c finely chopped cranberriestopping 21/4 c flour1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tbsp cold butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

In a large mixing bowl cream butter & sugar . Add eggs one at a time and cream together.

In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon then add the to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk
Topping 1
Fill 24 small or 12 large greased muffin tins about 1/3 full with mixture. Add the apple carnberry mixturepieces to each, dividing evenly among the muffin cups.
Topping 2
combine the brown sugar and flour together and cut in the cold butter until mixture is crumbly.

Cook at 375F
Large muffins 25 - 30 min
Mini muffins 15 - 20 min
Test for doneness with a wooden toothpick
