Simple Sugar Free Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice, long grain, 2 Cups Water1 Pkg Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding1.5 Cups Rice MilkCinnamon to Taste
Directions
Makes 4 - 1/2 cup Servings

1. In a pan add rice and water, cook until tender.
2. In a bowl, add pudding.
3. With a Mixer, add rice milk, 1/2 cup at a time until you achieve a thick, creamy consistancy.
4. Add Rice to bowl and mix.
5. Add cinnamon to desired taste.
6. Let chill 2-3 hours or overnight.
7./ Enjoy!
