I actually used King Arthur White Whole Wheat flour, Baker's dark chocolate unsweetened baking squares, 62% cocoa dark chocolate chips by Ghiradelli or Hershey's (they didn't have that in the database), whole eggs, Smart Balance butter sticks, and Rumford's baking powder.For best results heat oven to 350 and grease a baking dish.Melt the dark chocolate squares and butter in microwave at the same time until smooth. Add applesauce and then eggs and vanilla and stir until smooth.Incorporate the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then add together stirring gently and then pour into dish and then putting it into the oven promptly. Done when toothpick comes out dry.
Makes 12 squares of 3 inch pieces (generous serving).
