no fat banana muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs3 bananas2 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1/2 cup applesauce1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mash bananas with egg and applesauce.

In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

Add dry to the wet. mix until just belnded.

Pour into Pam sprayed muffin tins. bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes.

Yum! freeze well, pop them into the freezer, and pull one out for kids lunches, or your lunch!
