LaRaine's Pine'n for Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup stick light oleo .5 cup packed Splenda brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained well) 2 cups flour 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup chopped almonds
Directions
Cream Oleo and Sugar then add the rest of the ingredients one at a time until mixed well spoon on to a greased cookie sheet bake 350 for 22 mins
