Ham and Cheese Omlet

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 egg yolk1 slice 2% american cheese1 oz hamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
beat together the egg whites and yolk. Pour in a skillet that has been sprayed with a small amout of cooking spray. Use kitchen shears to cut ham up over the eggs. Place cheese on top. When egg starts to turn firm, fold over and serve.
