Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. beef stew meat (fresh or frozen)(lean or chuck)3 carrots peeled and sliced2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, cut into large cubes1 onion sliced1 jar Hunts Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano3 cups waterabout 7 beef bullion cubes1 cup yellow sweet corn, frozen2 tbs. cornstarch diluted in waterpepper, to coat beef
Directions
Place beef in crockpot, coat with pepper. Place all other ingredients in crockpot except cornstarch. Cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Add cornstarch in last hour to thicken sauce.
