Orange Bread

1 c orange juice1/4 c hot tap water1 med egg1 tbsp butterzest of 1 orange1 tsp salt1/4 c sugar3 1/2 c bread flour2 1/4 tsp yeast
Add liquid, butter and egg to bread machine. Finely grate the peel into machine. Add sugar and salt. Add bread flour and yeast. Process on dough cycle. Remove at the end of the cycle and form into two loaves. Bake at 350 until golden brown, about 20-25 min. Cool and slice each loaf into 12 slices. Makes great french toast.
