Ingredients
1.5 c flour (use half whole grain)2 eggs1 c milk2 bananas1 tbsp bking pwderbit of oil, bit of sugar
Directions
whisk dry together, wet together, fold wet into dry, fry in an oiled pan and sprinkle chips on top while frying. flip when edges are dry and bottom is brown but not burnt. fry on 2nd side for about 1 minute only.
