Ingredients
2 cups skim milk4 well beaten eggs1 tsp salt1 tbsp cinnamonMix above ingredients together and pour into deep pie plate or 8x8 pan.20 slices Nature's Own Double-Fiber Wheat BreadDip bread in mixture to coat both sides and cook over medium heat in skillet with spray oil.Keep warm in oven on 225 or less while cooking the rest.
Directions
Makes 20 servings. Goes great with turkey breakfast sausages, OJ, and coffee!
