Pasta Fagioli Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. carrot strips1 c. chopped celery1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce2 c. water1 qt. tomatoes1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt2 tsp. dried parsley1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/2 tsp. oregano flakes1 tsp. cumin1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained1 med. onion, chopped2 tsp. dried cilantro3/4 c. dry macaroni
Directions
Simmer all ingredients, except macaroni, 20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Cook macacroni and add to other ingredients. Heat and serve. Makes about 15 cups. Serving size is 1 cup.
