Ingredients
1 C oatmeal1/2 C crushed pineapple ( drained if using canned)4 egg whites1/4 C fat free milk1/2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 oz. raisons1 serving ( 1 scoop) protein powderNonstick cooking spray
Directions
In a large bowl combine first seven ingredients. Set aside. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of batter onto skillet, brown three minutes and turn and brown on the other side until pancake cooks through. Makes 6 servings
