Flank steak, (meat for braising)1 med onion, diced3 cloves garlic, mincedbarbecue saucesalt & pepper to taste
Sear both sides of meat and put in crock pot. Saute onion and garlic, add to crock pot. Pour in csn of broth. Let smmer on low all day until lmeat is tender. Approx 6 hours. Remove all fat from beef and shred with fork. Add barbecue sauce and stir until warmed through. Serve on buns or with cole slaw.
