Turkey Sausage-Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 pkg Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage1 14.75 oz can Cream Style Corn1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Condensed soup2 medium carrots, sliced or chopped1 pkg southwest style hash browns (I used Simply Potatoes brand)2 1/2 cups water
Directions
Place sausage, potatoes, and carrots in slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine water, corn, and soup. Add to cooker.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
