Grouper, Artichoke and Almond Salad

Ingredients
18 oz Grouper or ather Firm White Fish1 Tbs Capers1/ 2 Can Artichoke halfs1/4 Cup Toasted Almonds3 tbs MayonaiseLemon juiceSalt Pepper Garlic
Directions
Grill Fish, chopp into large chunks. Toast almonds. Chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingreidents and spice to taste.

Chill and serve with toated pita (not in calorie count)
