Slow cooker Vegetarian no chicken teriyaki

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, long grain, 2.5 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Vegetable Broth, 2.5 cup Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 6 tbsp*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter, 1 serving, 12 average pieces, 1 serving Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot (slow cooker) mix well. Add asian spices or more or less soy sauce or teriyaki sauce as needed. Cook for 4-5 hours or until appears done. Add extra dressing is creamier texture is desired.

*Note: the knockoff version (storebrand) of the lowfat sesame ginger dressing I used is vegan friendly* However, I'm not certain that the newman's brand is vegan or not, either way... just pay attention to what you're buying....

Add more or less soy sauce to taste and enjoy!
