Chicken Lo Mein

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped1 green pepper, chopped or sliced1 red pepper, chopped or sliced1 small onion, chopped or sliced1/2 c. chicken broth1/4 c. Kraft Asian Sesame Salad Dressing1/4 c. soy sauce1tbsp peanut buttergarlicrice noodlesfresh cilantrofresh chives
Directions
-Cook chicken
-Soften peppers and onion in evoo and garlic
-Add chicken back in, with broth, soy sauce, dressing and peanut butter, simmer for 5 mins
-Prepare rice noodles according to directions
-Stir noddles into chicken mixture, simmer 3 mins
-Serve topped with fresh cilantro and chives
