I love this recipe. It was a hit at the birthday party I just threw for my son. Note: I put frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot with water overnight. Drained the next morning, then added all of the other ingredients. The chicken fell apart nicely and the other ingredients mixed in perfect. - 10/29/08

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I halved the recipe since I was making it just for myself, but could easily see using this for company. My carrot and celery sticks never tasted so good! I considered cutting back on the heat a bit, but it is best this spicy...keeps me from eating it with a spoon. YUMMY!!!!! - 1/21/10

Made for a New Year's party yesterday and it was a hit. Since i do not like spicy food, I did not try it. The table was full of food and over half of it was gone and several people were loading up on the dip with tortilla chips, celery And crackers. Success! - 1/1/11

This would have been better if I would have had a better cracker to eat it with. - 12/4/08
