Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice1/2 Red Onion Diced2 Portebello Mushroms Diced6 Frozen Spinach Balls2 tsp Garlic Powder1 oz Part Skim Mozza Cheese1 oz Feta Cheese
Directions
Saute Onions and Mushroms and Spinach in Garlic and small amount of olive oil add in to cooked Brown rice in baking dish top with Feta and Mozza Cheese Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
