Home Made Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
800gm minced beef1 medium onion15 medium mushrooms2 oxo cubes187ml Red wine2 tblsp garlic4 tablsp tomato paste440g tinned tomatoes3 Bay leavestblsp olive oiltabascomixed herbs
Directions
Cook onion and garlic first in olive oil until golden and transparent

Add meat and cook until brown throughout drain excess liquid (fats) if necessary.add all other ingredients and simmer until meat soft and all heated through and combined well.

Serve with 3/4 cup of cooked pasta of your choice

    Very good, but the ingredients show only .72 cup pasta for the whole recipe so be sure to add the pasta to your foodtracker. Perhaps the author could revise the recipe? - 9/14/08
