Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
1/2 cup Water1/2 cup Cocoa powder1/2 cup Sugar1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
In heavy sauce pan combine water, cocoa and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cocoa and sugar is dissolved and is smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cool.
