Individual Crustless Pumpkin Pies

Ingredients
16 oz cooked mashed pumpkin (or canned pumpkin - not pie filling)4 packets Splenda2 large eggs - beaten1/4 cup light cream2 tsp or more to taste Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions
Mix all ingredients - blend well. Pour into 4 greased ramekin dishes. Bake at 375 for 30 min
