Ingredients
1 pound Ground Turkey1 cup Rice (uncooked)1 can Yellow Corn (undrained)1 can Tomato Sauce1/4 cup Onion (chopped)1/2 Green Pepper (chopped)3 Strips Bacon (optional)Garlic Powder and Black Ground Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Brown ground turkey with spices. Add onion and green pepper and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Once complete, place in casserole dish along with rice, corn and tomato sauce. If using bacon, place strips on top of everything. Cover and cook in the microwave on high for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
