Strewed butternut and potatoes

Ingredients
1 cup butternut1 cup baby red and white potatoes3/4 cups Fresh Parsley1 small onion1/4 Green Peppers2 tbs olive oil3/4 cup watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut butternuts in cubs. Clean baby potatoes and cut in half. In a medium skilet saute onion, peper and hald if the parsley until tender. Add water salt and peper to taste. Add butternut and potatoes. cook over medium heat until tender. Add remainding parsley.
