Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti

1 large spaghetti squash, halved.1 cup of canned spaghetti sauce1 cup of canned mushrooms (drained)8 oz of frozen cooked shrimp, thawed4 TBSP grated parmeson cheese. Chopped fresh chives, or green onion
Cut squash in half. Clean out seeds. Place halves face down on plate and microwave for 10 minutes. (Squash will be stringy when flicked with a fork)..
Scrape out the squash from each half onto two separate plates.
Top each with 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 cup canned mushrooms.
Add the shrimp.. 4 oz each plate.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of parmeson cheese on top of each serving. Microwave to heat the whole thing for about 1 minute. Toss the chopped green onion over all.
