Slowcooker Korean BBQ

Ingredients
1 1/2 LB Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, unpacked1 Cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce6 clove Garlic2 Scallions chopped1 TBSP Sesame Oil)2 TBSP Sesame Seeds (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into slow cooker, set on low for 8 hours. Serve with rice and Asian Coleslaw, Eat and Enjoy

    So good! I added a little more liquid and some red wine vinegar. I had boneless ribs wich was fine, just watch that you don't over cook it. Only took about 4-5 hours before they were ready to shred. Would make a great sandwich or wrap, just drop asian slaw right on top. - 3/16/11
