Grandma's Fat Free Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
1 c sugar1 egg or 2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 c baking cocoa1/2 c flour6 Tbsp lowfat vanilla yogurt or no fat plain yogurt1/4 c chopped walnuts - optionalPowdered sugar - to dust on top
Directions
Mix all ingredients into large bowl. Pour batter into greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
