papaya colada smoothies

Ingredients
1 jar of Dole Tropical Fruit, undrained (or 1 papaya and 8 oz crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained)2 cups fat free, vanilla frozen yogurt1/2 orange juice3/4 tsp coconut extract
Directions
If you are using a fresh papaya, cut it in half and scoop out and discard the seeds. Scoop flesh from skin and add to blender. Then add pineapple with juice and blend until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.

If using Dole fruit, throw it all into the blender and blend until smooth.

Should make about 4 cups.
