Ingredients
1/2 cup of Papetti All Whites2 handfuls fresh spinach (about 2 cups)1/4 cup sliced mushrooms1 Whole Grain Pita PocketPam Butter SprayOnion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Slice mushrooms and saute them with spinach and seasonings with Pam. Once the spinach has wilted, add egg whites stirring to avoid burning or sticking. While egg cooks, toast pita on low setting.

Once egg are done, pita should be ready to stuff.
