Easy Parmesan Chicken Fingers

2 lb chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken cut into strips1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese1 pkg any flavor Shake N Bake1 cup any type barbecue sauce
1) Heat oven to 400ºF. Moisten chicken with water shake off excess. Add parmesan cheese and shake n bake to plastic bag (I never use the one the shake n bake comes with,always a ziploc makes less mess).
2) Add 2 or 3 chicken pieces to the bag and shake until evenly coated. Repeat with remaining chicken. Place on baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
3) Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is cooked through serve with barbecue sauce for dipping.
Makes 8 servings (about 2 tenders per person)
