Flaxseed, Kamut muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup ground flaxseed1.5 cups Kamut flour1 C Brown sugar2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 TBS cinnamon1.5 c grated carrots3 apples grated1/2 c raisins or other dried fruit (optional)3/4 c soy milk2 eggs1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix Dry ingredients
Add other items 1 by 1 until well mixed.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full
Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350F.
