I tweeked the recipe a little- used pork chops, and substituted brown sugar. I love the tangy/ sweet flavor. I also added sliced mushrooms before putting it in the oven. Two thumbs up from me and my husband. - 10/21/08

Love it! I've made it twice so far. I add garlic powder also and baste it every 5 minutes. I slice it as soon as it's out of the oven and baste it again so that all of the pieces are covered in the juices. - 6/29/09

This was delicious, but 20 min. is definitely not enough cooking time. Mine was still pretty red in the middle, so I had to cook it another 15 minutes or so. - 10/15/08

Really easy, moist and extremely delicious! I served it with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. I also doubled the sauce. - 12/16/08

This was really good. I cooked 2-1/2 pounds and adjusted the recipe. Next time I will add more sauce and cook at 400 rather than 425. - 5/17/09

My old recipe was wrapped in bacon and smothered in bbq sauce. Not diet friendly. Tried this and my husband agrees, this was amazing. Definitely a keeper, thanks for posting this. - 4/14/09

Excellent! Pork was flavourful and moist. I actually cut down on the sugar and it still tasted really good. Hubby said it was a repeat. - 2/19/09

Delicious and easy to make. I substituted brown sugar for the Splenda brown sugar and served it with roasted brussel sprouts and grilled bell peppers. - 2/6/09

Oh YUM! I made this last night. It was super quick and easy and my whole family enjoyed it. The pork is so tender when prepared this way. I sliced some leftovers and put it on a salad with some asian ginger dressing for lunch. Perfect! - 10/14/08

Meat didn't absorb the balsamic flavor. Cooked exactly as recipe directed. Husband agreed it was just so-so. - 10/27/08

My husband doesn't really care for pork but he liked this recipe. I used boneless pork chops but they were thin and I overcooked them a little but he still liked them. - 10/20/08
