Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 stewing hen 7 carrots peeled and chopped lengthwise1 leek stalk washed and cut lengthwise1/2 celery root peeled1 sprig parsley500 g egg noodlessalt
Directions
Place all the vegetables and stewing chicken in a large pot. Add enough water to cover the chicken and add salt. Bring to a boil and let simmer for at least 1 1/2 hours. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, remove it and extract the meat. Place this in the soup and cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve with the soup!
