Chicken & Pasta w/Mock Alfredo Sauce

10 oz. chicken breast, bonless/skinless3 wedges Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese1/2 c. lowfat milk1/3 c. Parmesan cheese8 oz. sliced mushrooms1 t. granulated chicken bouillion8 oz. Ronzoni pasta (I used Penne)1 c. fresh broccoli florets
In 2 qt. saucepan, add enough water to cook pasta. Bring water to a boil; add pasta. About 4 min. before pasta is done, add broccoli. Drain when done and set aside.
Sauce: Soften Laughing Cow cheese in microwave. Add milk and whisk.
While pasta is cooking, panfry chicken in a non-stick skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Salt & pepper as desired. When cooked, remove and set aside. Add a little water to deglaze the pan. Add mushrooms and chicken bouillion; saute. Diagonally slice chicken into bite-size pieces. When mushrooms are done, turn heat to low and add chicken and Parmesan cheese.
Just before serving, add sauce to chicken mixture and mix well. Toss with pasta and broccoli and serve.
