French Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 c eggbeaters2 1/4 c chopped apples1 3/4 c water1/8 c butter3/4 Tbls ground cinnamon3/4 Tbls vanilla4 1/2 c french bread1/4 c raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs; add sweetened condensed milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, completely moistening. Let sit about 10 minutes. Turn into a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Bake aproximately 1 hour or until firm. Cool. Serve warm. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
