Round steak 1.5 pounds1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepperall purpose flour1/3 c olive oil2 cloves garlic1 can diced tomatoes1 medium onion1 medium bell pepper
Cut steak into service size pieces. Season to taste with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Dust meat with flour. In heavy skillet, grown both sides of meat in vegetable oil. transfer to a slow cooker. Combine garlic, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and 1 tomato can measure of water. Pour over steak and cook for 8 hours. serve over rice or noodles.
