3/4 c. splenda 1/2 c. Bisquick (baking mix) 2T Country Crock Spread 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk2 eggs 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin 2-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 8 x 8. Beat all ingredients until smooth one minutes in blender on high or two minutes with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. I cut this into 16 pcs. (You could always eat two pcs)
