Green Bean Fries

Ingredients
Oil1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed1 egg white1/2 c bread crumbs1/4 c grated parmesan
Directions
Boil green beans until bright green, drain and cover with cold water. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan. Dip the beans in egg white, then bread crumb mixture and fry in skillet. Can be baked too. Four servings.

    Delish! A bit time consuming but that could have been the chef. I think adding a little flour to the mix may help he breading stay on better as I had the issue with breading falling off as well but overall tasty and made enough for 4 people! Went well with meatball subs too! - 8/23/17
