Potatoes au gratin - Almost

Ingredients
3 baked potatoes (10 oz)1 cup milk 2%2 tsp corn starch2 dashes powered garlic1 tsp dry parsley2 dashes black peppersalt- to taste
Directions
Slice the potatoes in chubby slices. Saute in hot pan spayed with PAM spray. Salt, and Pepper slices. Pour in 3/4 cup 2%milk on scalding pan with potatoes. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup milk with the 2 tsp corn starch. Keep moving the potatoes around in the milk until thickened, while the heat is still on high. This cooks up really fast because the potatoes have been precooked and could easily be left over baked potatoes.

* You can add cheese but, remember those calories are not added into this recipe*

Nice generous portions will give you 2 - 1 cup portions. If you prefer you may have 4 1/2 servings and save on calories.
